Automatic refunds
You don’t need to ask. We refund the full amount to your original payment method when:
- Our free check showed the original window sticker as available (“Original sticker found”), and we couldn’t deliver it after you paid for the Full Report.
- The Full Report couldn’t be built at all because a data source failed after you paid.
We’ll email you when the refund is issued. It usually reaches your account in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Other problems
If your report is missing data or has wrong data, or you were charged by mistake, email support@stickerbyvin.com within 30 days. Include your VIN and the email address you used at checkout. We’ll fix it or refund you.
Free features
The VIN check, the decode (year, make, model, trim where the VIN shows it, engine, drivetrain, body and assembly plant), the check for whether an original sticker is on file, the recall count and the link to NHTSA’s open-recall check are all free, so there’s nothing to refund. The original sticker, the MSRP breakdown, options and prices, paint code and full recall details are part of the paid Full Report.
